The Venue

Some new photos (June 17, 2024) of Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm, which has been bringing 19th Century farming to life for decades. The 72-acre site includes a farmhouse, a barn, a vegetable garden, pasture, woodlots, an ice house, a schoolhouse and a lime kiln, plus a post-and-beam covered bridge. Workshops, events, festivals and living histories take place year-round.  During our new Civil War event, the farm will also be hosting its Heritage Craft Weekend, with 19th Century crafts like dyeing, weaving, food processing, cooking and rope making.
